All services are contracted to outside sources. Some of the services included in the monthly condominium fee are:

  • Water/sewer
  • Electricity for common areas
  • Building maintenance for common areas
  • General repairs for common areas
  • Carpet cleaning for common areas
  • Lawn maintenance and landscaping
  • Pest control
  • Trash removal and recycling
  • Snow removal
  • Recreation association fee

Various volunteer homeowner committees assist the Board of Directors on special projects. These committees are:

  • Buildings and Grounds
  • Communications
  • Finance
  • Landscaping
  • Neighborhood Watch
  • Recreation Association
